Shreya Qazi is a dynamic leader in community engagement and development with over 15 years of experience driving meaningful change across public, non-profit, and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Lead in Community Engagement at Fraser Health Authority, she designs and implements collaborative strategies that foster inclusive, partner-driven decision-making in healthcare service planning.

Shreya’s extensive career includes key roles with Icenetworks, School District 43, and Verve Senior Living, where she led innovative projects, secured significant federal and in-kind funding, and built strong cross-sector partnerships. Her approach is rooted in emotional intelligence, strategic foresight, and a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and Indigenous engagement.

With master’s degrees in Music Therapy and Arts, along with certifications in public participation(IAP2), Prosci change management, and health leadership, Shreya brings a rich blend of creativity and strategy to every initiative. She also serves on local advisory and foundation boards, reflecting her dedication to community-building beyond the workplace.

She lives in the Tri-Cities with her partner and two children, and they are honoured to call these beautiful lands their home. Shreya is deeply committed to relationship-building, equity, and creating spaces where all voices are valued.
