Jeffrey is the Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the City of Port Coquitlam, also overseeing Procurement and Risk Management for the City. With15 years of experience in local government senior management, Jeffrey has worked in organizations ranging from small (CFO/DCAO, Fort St. James) to large (Division Manager, Metro Vancouver), maintaining an ongoing focus on financial planning, capital, and fiscal sustainability. Returning to the City of Port Coquitlam after a 6-year hiatus, Jeffrey now enjoys living, working, and raising his young family in beautiful PoCo. Outside of work, Jeffrey can be found at the local arena coaching his son and daughter’s lacrosse and hockey teams or finally completing long-overdue home renovations.
As the City Liaison, Jeffrey supports the Foundation in providing policy guidance, financial controls and ensures the Foundation activities align with Council’s vision for a healthy and vibrant Port Coquitlam through investment in local charities and creating a community in which everyone’s needs are met.
