A resident of Port Coquitlam for forty years, Taura Berg is raising her family in a community she loves. She received a BA from Simon Fraser University in 1998 and immediately began her teaching career. More recently, she earned a Master of Education degree in Special Education from UBC and currently works as Director of Student Services at a local independent school.
Taura is busy raising three children alongside her husband, Ron. She’s interested in living in a community where neighbours are like family and she is looking forward to helping to make a positive impact on the city through the work of PCCF.
